I first realized my love for fitness and health in 2002 when i joined the Track and Field team at DuVal High School. This foundation led me to becoming a member of the Bowie State University Football Team and led to me being a captain on the Mens Bowie State Track and Field team (09-10). During my time at these institutions, i was always someone who worked meticulously on the small things and put in long hours on the track and in the weight room outside of regular practice hours.
It was then when I began to have people ask me questions related to fitness and how to lose weight, get faster, get stronger, and get bigger.
In 2013, a like minded partner and I started Perfect4rmFitness. I love to teach, and even more importantly, I love to learn!
In 2015 I was suddenly struck by Guillian Barre Syndrome (an Autoimmune Disease that causes extreme muscular weakness) and I was paralyzed for 3 months. Being hospitalized during this time and undergoing extensive rehab, I had many long days and nights to think about how i was going to get myself back into shape and become the best version of myself again.
Here is were i really OVERSTOOD that if you do not have your health, you have NOTHING.
