All in person sessions are subject to class availability

 

In person sessions are limited to 5 people max

 

All in person sessions come with 4 written at home workouts

 

In person sessions are held: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3, 4, and 5pm. 

Training Options -ALL training options aside from new client specials come along with a generic plant based meal plan (per request)

In Person Sessions: 

  • $250 for 12 sessions 

  • $225 for 8 sessions

  • $35 per session for a drop-in

Please note - no refunds will be given once payment is received. Once payment is made; you have 3 months to complete your sessions. If you have not completed your sessions within 3 months, your remaining sessions will be forfeited. 

Combo / Special Sessions: 

  • Sessions consisting of online and in person training. *Price will be based on what the client needs. An evaluation will be completed and we will put together a custom package*
