Personal Training


All in person sessions are subject to class availability


In person sessions are limited to 5 people max


All in person sessions come with 4 written at home workouts


In person sessions are held: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (430, 530, and 630 pm), and Saturday mornings at 6 and 7am. 

Training Options (ALL training options aside from new client specials come along with a generic plant based meal plan, weekly fitness emails, and more)

In Person Sessions: 

  • $225 per month for 3 sessions a week 

  • $200 per month for 2 sessions a week

  • $110 per month for 1 session a week

  • $30 per session for a drop-in

Combo / Special Sessions: 

  • Sessions consisting of online and in person training. *Price will be based on what the client needs. An evaluation will be completed and we will put together a custom package*
