All in person sessions are subject to class availability. I limit each session to 5 people max. My sessions are not bootcamps, they are catered to the goals of clients in the sessions, an evaluation will have to be conducted before you are placed into a workout group. this is done to ensure your needs will be met. Clients who are scheduled for regular 2 or 3 sessions per week packages have priority over drop-in clients. Additionally, all in person sessions come with 4 written at home workouts.

Training Options (ALL training options aside from new client specials come along with a meal plan, weekly fitness emails, and more)

In Person Sessions: 

  • $225 per month for 3 sessions a week 

  • $200 per month for 2 sessions a week

  • $110 per month for 1 session a week

  • $30 per session for a drop-in

Combo / Special Sessions:

  • Sessions consisting of online and in person training.

  • Price will be based on what the client needs. An evaluation will be completed and we will put together a custom package.

Online Training:


  • $135 - 4 week package (3 workouts per week for 1 month, 12 workouts total)

  • $240 - 8 week package (3 workouts per week for 2 months, 24 workouts total)

  • $300 - 12 week package (3 workouts per week for 3 months, 36 workouts total)

  • I am open to discussing custom online packages that can require more or less information. Prices for this will be based on the needs of the client.
