Program includes strength and cardio training for the entire body. The objective of this program is to assist with weight loss; build endurance, core strength, overall strength, sculpting, toning your body!
- Clients will receive: 8 workout routines delivered in an instructional 2 week program
- Equipment needed: 2, 1 gallon jugs of water. Other than that; nothing!
- Workout routines will last between 30-35 minutes (average time)
